Online booking

Clients book and move their own appointments.

Your booking page shows real availability. Clients choose a time, and change it themselves if plans shift. You're not interrupted mid-treatment to confirm a time.

Deposits

Hold the time before it's booked.

Take a deposit when the booking is made, and charge no-show and late-cancellation fees on a saved card. A late cancellation of a 90-minute massage can carry the fee you've set.

Pricing

One price per location, not per seat.

Up to five therapists on Studio, $49 a month, GST included. No booking commission, new client or returning.

Good to know

Preen doesn't do HICAPS or health-fund claiming and isn't built for clinical records. It suits relaxation and wellness massage rather than remedial or allied-health practices.
