Preen is built in Australia by PREEN SOFTWARE PTY LTD. Prices are in Australian dollars with GST included, and GST is handled properly throughout.

Deposits

Hold the time before it's booked.

Take a deposit when the booking is made, and charge no-show and late-cancellation fees on a saved card. A 90-minute facial cancelled late can carry the fee you've set.

Payments

Card payments go to your own Stripe account.

Card payments, deposits included, go through your own Stripe account. Preen adds nothing on top of Stripe's rate. Stripe's fees apply. See stripe.com/au/pricing.

Good to know

Build consultation forms and attach them to a service. Clients who book it fill the form in from their booking link before the appointment, and you see their answers in Preen.

Set up takes a few minutes.

Add your services and hours, and your booking page is ready to share. Switching from another system? Here’s what moves and what doesn’t.
